For classroom and groups, we suggest our Wired LED Assortments that are meant for long-term use. They are easier to use for young users and the terminals do not break.

Notes:

    • LEDs have polarity which means that the longer leg needs to go to the red battery packs side.
    • Never connect an LED directly to the battery holder – they will break.
    • LEDs are a consumable when used with Squishy Circuits – the terminals will break and erode during use. Expect a few hours of use before replacement is required. For classroom and groups, we suggest our Wired LED Assortments that are meant for long-term use.

STEM Lab Success!

We added Squishy Circuits to our 5th grade lab this year and they were a hit! It was great being able to show students conduction without a metal. Really opened up new conversations and took engineering circuits to a new level. It’s a keeper!

LED lights break fairly easily

I love the size of these lights for little hands, however the legs do break off fairly easily. I bought more because there is nowhere else to get singular, large LEDs like these, but I wish they were a little cheaper or lasted longer. Unfortunately I had the same problem with the fans. Many of the plastic blades have broken from my young students using them normally.
